The column lifter on rail with movable tipping chute is designed for unloading 200 & 300L buggies (Tote Bin) DIN 9797. It is easy to operate and maintain. The lifter serves to load several tumblers in a line. The movable tipping chute also allows unloading of liquid products. Chain drive. Gear motor equipped with an electric brake. Up and down movement follows a safety switching scheme (hold to run). Mechanical safety brake prevents the fork from falling in case of chain breakage. Detectable cable ties. Food-approved lubricants. Hygienic design. Available in different executions depending on the position and height of the tumblers.
The machine body is completely made of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The lifter complies with the high CE requirements and EU and USDA regulations.
