Pass-through washing machine for bearing bracelets

This industrial washer is designed for quick, easy and effective cleaning of bearing bracelets. The machine has one zone for main washing. Blow-off knife at the outlet of the machine removes the water on the bracelets after the washing process. The transportation of the bearing bracelets through the device is via gear motor driven stainless steel conveyor belt and the speed can be adjusted in the range of 1,4 -2,8 m/min. The water filling of the tank is automatic. Dosing the detergent has to be done manually. The water tank is equipped with a drawer filter with hole size 1,5 mm, for catching the dirt. The machine is ready for mounting of an oil skimmer. The body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.
