Industrial Pass through Washer for Crates, up to 600-800 pcs/hour

This unit is designed for washing, rinsing, and blowing-off of EURO crates E1, E2 and E3. The machine consists of a washing section, a rinsing section, and a blow-off section with 2 x 3 kW fans. It is equipped with fixed nozzles for rinsing and adjustable nozzles for washing process. Due to the adjustable air knives for blowing-off, this crate washer achieves low levels of residual moisture. A stainless steel chain conducts the transport of the crates. The water of the washing process is continuously filtered and replenished from the rinsing process, which provides reduced water and energy consumption. The side guide can be freely adjusted according to the crate width in the range between 400 mm and 600 mm. 2×1.1kW fans exhaust of the vapour. A dosing pump for detergent is mounted. The tunnel is equipped with removable side covers that facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. Safety features include: magnetic sensors on the side covers, overload clutch coupling, and electronic regulation of the water level. A remote service is an available option.
