Industrial Pass-through Washer for Crates, up to 125-250 pcs/hour

This machine is designed for washing E1-E2-E3 crates / boxes with max. size of 600 x 400 x 300mm. The crates can be transported by 400mm and 600mm. This crate washer consists of a main washing unit followed by a rinsing area. Two blow-off units with 2×3 kW fans each, an air heater, and height-adjustable air knives achieve low residual moisture, up to 2gr. / crate. The water from the washing process is continuously filtered and replenished from the rinsing process, which ensures reduced water and energy consumption. Adjustable water temperature. The transport speed is controlled via a frequency regulator. Rinsing with 85 °C ensures disinfection of the crates. Removable side covers for easy cleaning and maintaining of the machine. Insulated water tanks. Safety features include: magnetic sensors on the side covers, overload clutch, electronic regulation of the water level. Hygienic design. Dosing pump for detergent. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material No. 1.4301 / AISI 304. The machine complies with CE requirements and EU and USDA regulations.
