The machine has been developed for efficient and economical cleaning and degreasing of medium and large parts in production plants and in repair work. The parts are loaded in front of the machine in a basket, located on a table and fed into the washing chamber. The basket rotates at slow speed while the details are sprayed from all sides with a water-based detergent using a specially designed nozzle system and centrifugal pump. The nozzle collector is height adjustable allowing the nozzles to be adapted to the height of the detail. The equipment also includes a light curtain at the inlet, a bag filter for solids with stainless-steel housing, the option to include a highly effective plate phase separator for oil separation, a steam vapor extraction fan, a PLC Siemens 1200 and user-friendly control via a 4″ Siemens touchscreen display.
The machine is made entirely of stainless-steel, material 1.4301, including the loading table and receiving platform, and complies with high CE requirements and EU regulations.
