We are proud to announce the successful application of a 300 L lifter solution in a new and highly specialized field — the medical implant manufacturing industry.
For us, this marks an important step in expanding the application of Kittner solutions beyond our traditional industrial sectors. Entering such a precise and demanding production environment is a strong confirmation of the flexibility, reliability and adaptability of our engineering approach.
The implemented lifter solution supports a production process related to the manufacturing of medical implants, including components used in joint replacement and orthopaedic applications. In this industry, precision, process stability and reliable equipment are essential — and we are proud that a Kittner solution can contribute to such an important field of work.
The 300 L lifter was carefully adapted to fit into the existing production process. Its compact design allows efficient integration even in limited spaces and low-ceiling environments, helping improve workflow without unnecessary complexity or disruption.
The solution was designed according to the size of the lifting container and fully adapted to the available production space. An important part of the project was the intensive development of the interface with the mixing truck, which was carried out through mutual consultation between Implantcast and Kittner. This ensured that the lifter could be integrated smoothly into the existing process and function as a practical part of the daily workflow, supporting a more efficient, reliable and ergonomic production environment.
Another important advantage is the adjustable lifting and tilting speed, which allows better process control and flexibility according to specific operational needs. The dynamic lifting and tilting speeds are adjustable through frequency converters, ensuring maximum functionality and making the solution suitable for different working requirements.
The lifter also includes a dust-protection band, added as an extra measure due to the high levels of dust in ceramics production. This feature is designed to protect the equipment against dusty substances and contribute to longer service life and reliable machine performance. Easy cleaning with a wiper further supports the practical use of the machine in demanding production environments.
For Kittner, this project demonstrates how carefully adapted industrial equipment can support process improvement in highly specialized industries.
