Spare parts

A necessary condition for achieving high operational reliability of the machines is the use of original spare parts, consumables and materials during their servicing.

In order to minimize downtime, we recommend that the customer have a short list of fast wearing parts as a maintenance set for replacement in stock. Kittner keeps a wide range of spare parts in stock. Submit an inquiry and we will offer stock availability and delivery of the required parts within 48 hours of ordering (Monday to Friday).

Our Spare parts management ensures the optimal customer service. We will make sure that you have the right part when you need it.

In order to help find the right spare part for you, we kindly ask you to prepare the following information for us:

• Article number of the spare part you need
• You can find the article number of the spare part in the “spare part list” which is a part of your “Instruction Manual”
• In case you can not find the article number of the spare part, please, provide us with the article number of the machine and its serial number. You can find them on the Unit Designation Plate label, placed on the machine.
