“Increasing the competitiveness and improvement of the production capacity in ‘‘Kittner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau’’ Ltd.

We are happy to announce, that ‘’Kittner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau’’ Ltd. has won a project and signed a grant agreement for the procedure BG16RFOP002-2.001 – “Improvement of the production capacity in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

The project Nr. BG16RFOP002-2.001-0978 “Increasing the competitiveness and improvement of the production capacity in ‘‘Kittner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau’’ Ltd. is financed by the OP “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020, co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

The main goals of the project are: to increase the production capacity by up to two times, to improve the production processes through investments in resource efficient technologies and to increase the export potential of the enterprise. To achieve those goals, activities for the acquisition of production equipment will be implemented – purchasing of Press Brake, Band Saw, CNC Lathe, 2 Mounting tables for electrical switchboards, 3 Welding equipment kits, Server system, specialized software for designing circuit diagrams and engineering design of machines.

The expected results are: reduction of manual operations; greater automation of processes of design and technological processing – bending, cutting, turning and welding; cutting production time; minimize the risk of errors in the final product up to 80 %; reduction in the number of unfit products and technological waste by up to 20 %; a diverse range of the product group of lifting equipment; implemented new resource efficient and effective technologies.

The project has a total value 789 909,36 BGN, as of the EU Public Funding is 473 945, 63 BGN. The implementation period of the project is 18 months from signing the grant agreement.
Thanks to this project the company will achieve the desired expansion of production capacity by up to two times and increase exports by entering new foreign markets.
